During the course of his over 14+ years working as an attorney, Jeff is proud to have worked with a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, food & hospitality, wellness, fashion, medical services, cosmetics, and film production.

He has owned an internet service company, commercial lending company, real estate brokerage company, consulting business, and three law practices. He knows what it means to be a business owner.

His passion through the years has been in educating small businesses — giving them the tools to succeed and evening the playing field against large organizations with the unfair advantage of greater financial and legal resources.

Beyond being a reputable New York business attorney, Jeff is also board member with the Women’s Enterprise Development Center, is a mentor with Ossining Innovates, and teaches startup and small business classes for the Women’s Enterprise Development Center, Turner Construction School of Construction Management, the Cayemitte Group, Minority Business Development Institute, the Port Authority, and the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce with respect to startups, contracts and negotiations, dispute resolution and debt collection.

Jeff also was awarded  “Top100” Lawyer by Top100 Magazine in 2020 and “Law Firm of the Year for Growing Businesses” in 2011 as voted by the New York Enterprise Report and Citibank because of his approach and philosophy in counseling and advising startups and small business owners on all aspects of the business life-cycle.
